Welcome To Original Santa Dolls!

     Deanna specializes in making one of a kind, original  Santa Claus dolls.  The Santa's are all hand sculpted out  of  polymer clay. The Santa's that have hands are also hand sculpted. I love to use vintage fabrics, furs, and quilts. The accessories I often choose are vintage as well. I am also always looking for the perfect antique wooden or leather shoes.

I do not reproduce any of the dolls, but I can make a similar  Santa if there is a particular one that you like that has already been sold.  If you have furs, jewelry or special treasures I would be happy to use them in creating your own Santa.

  In addition to the Santa dolls, I do many other original dolls. Many hours are spent sculpting each head and often the hands. After completing the sculpting, I then decide how to dress and accessorize the doll. Each doll is accessorized using toys, jewelry, greenery, garland, bells, and many other special items. I love making Santa's from around the world. I am able to incorporate the many traditional items that were used long ago.

Each Santa is made with love and care. They are named, numbered, and signed. I hope they bring you much happiness with each passing season !

Featured Santa

"Somers" is a Father Christmas. His coat, pants, and hat are made of a burgundy velvet which is trimmed in fox fur. He holds reproduction toys, teddy bear, beads and floral with gold glass beads. He stands 24 inches. His beard is made of Angora wool.  #749, $250
